About the role

Salon ABV is seeking a friendly, organised Front of House Receptionist to greet clients, manage appointments, and support the day-to-day running of the salon.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, by phone, in person, and online, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and looked after from the moment they arrive.

What we are looking for

•Previous reception or customer service experience (salon experience a plus)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Confident using booking systems and handling payments
•Calm under pressure with a positive, professional manner
•Passion for the beauty/hair industry
