About the role

Salon ABV is looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to support the growth of our salon and brand in Dartford and beyond.

You will identify partnership opportunities, support marketing initiatives, nurture relationships with local businesses and communities, and help turn interest into long-term clients and collaborations.

This is a great role for someone who is commercially minded, personable, and passionate about the beauty and hair industry.

What we are looking for

•Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (beauty/hair industry a plus)
•Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
•Confident presenting ideas and following up on opportunities
•Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working to targets
•Genuine interest in Afro and textured hair care and Salon ABV's brand values
